Tips to Cure Vaginal Infections

For all vaginal Infections, we suggest you practice these tips:

Wash your hands before and after using the toilet, wipe from front to back using toilet paper in sufficient quantity. Teach this simple measure to your girls.

Wear cotton underwear and try to avoid tight clothes and thick or synthetic materials, such as jeans, thongs, pantyhose, swimsuits or leotards for long periods. If you think your detergent or fabric softener used to wash your clothes can be irritating your genital replace them. Abstain from sex until you are sure it is healthy.
Attend consultation to check your healing.
You should go to consultation in the first three months of pregnancy to a clinical examination tests for infectious diseases.
When your doctor recommends, go to the study of colposcopy and laboratory analysis of vaginal fluid to be treated properly.
Even after menopause, your doctor should do a complete physical and gynecological examination as part of preventive health measures.
