A beautiful hair usually reflects good health. If your hair suddenly become dull or brittle without you they have inflicted anything aggressive (such as discoloration, for example!) Or if you start to lose more than usual, it may mean that you suffer 'deficiency (iron or vitamin E for example). A collapse can also occur in cases of stress or after a strong emotional shock.

Sometimes a simple visit to your doctor and a blood test can help you find the problem in case of failure and help you resolve it quickly.

Basic tips for proper maintenance of your hair

  • The Washing

Many people
wash their hair daily which is understandable because of the pollution, dirty or smelly work ... etc. But especially your hair
do not like this treatment! If you can space your shampoo or even a couple of days, do it without feeling guilty!

For special cases like the greasy hair, reduce the number of shampoos is excellent because the act of rubbing your hair every day does that enabling the production of sebum. If this bothers you because "the eyes of others", try to space your shampoo for your next vacation, you will see that the washing less, they regrease much more slowly.

  • Rinsing

If you want shiny, healthy, natural and economic council that I can give you is to rinse with cold water! I know it's not easy at first! But the cold tightens the scales of the hair and stimulates blood circulation to the scalp! You will see that gradually decreasing the temperature, it is perfectly feasible and not so bad!

You can also mix lemon juice or a tablespoon of cider vinegar to a quart of water and rinse your hair with this mixture. Be careful because the lemon can lighten your hair slightly, but the shine will be at the meeting!

  • Brushing

If you
have long hair, do not neglect brushing! Daily morning and night
brushing is essential not only to untangle your hair but also to remove much of the dust or residue gel and mousse that can smother your hair in the long run. Brush vigorously up and down then head backwards.
Of course, brushing does not replace washing but it helps stimulate the scalp and remove dead hair every day, which saves you "clumps" and clog your bathtub the next shampoo.

  • Combing Everyday

The
curly hair, curly or kinky should be untangled with a comb with wide teeth instead of a hairbrush as these types of hair is dry, they may break with a traditional tooth comb. You can moisten with a little spray before and during brushing to avoid the effect of "Jackson Five" (unless this is the desired effect of course!;)) And also not to distort your curls.

  • Capping

In general, to avoid abuse long hair should be avoided maximum to the clamps and tight elastic because they damage them and break them.

Let them breathe, and loose them as often as you can!

Styling products are not very good for the hair unless you choose the natives. If not, try from time to time to take a break without freezing or without foam, your hair will love!
